TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern coaching, consulting, training, digital products, and related services supplied by Content to Wealth (the Company). They become effective for a purchase when presented to and affirmatively accepted by the customer together with the applicable order.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms, together with the order form and any written scope of work expressly accepted by both parties, form the agreement. The order must identify the purchased services, price, payment schedule, access period, deliverables, and any applicable cancellation or guarantee conditions. A specifically agreed written provision controls over an inconsistent general provision here. No additional service, unlimited revision, or indefinite access is included unless expressly promised in the accepted order.
2. All sales final and no refunds
All payments made to Content to Wealth, or for any products, programs, coaching, consulting, digital content, or services provided through Content to Wealth, are charged in United States Dollars (USD) and are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by an accepted written guarantee. This includes deposits, installments, and payments in full. No refunds are provided for a change of mind, failure to participate, failure to use available materials, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, or failure to achieve desired results. This policy does not excuse the Company from delivering agreed services or remedying a material breach.
3. Payments and installments
The customer agrees to pay the price and installments disclosed and accepted with the order. An installment plan divides a fixed purchase price; it is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless expressly identified as one. Voluntary nonparticipation does not cancel amounts otherwise lawfully due. Only separately authorized charges may be made. Any recurring subscription must disclose its renewal amount, frequency, and cancellation method before enrollment. Third-party financing remains subject to the lender’s agreement and applicable dispute and cancellation rights.
4. Delivery and customer cooperation
The Company will deliver the agreed services with reasonable care. The customer must supply requested information, approvals, account permissions, and feedback needed to perform the work. Customer-caused delays may reasonably extend delivery dates after notice. Changes to the agreed scope, fees, or milestones require written agreement. Missed appointments and rescheduling are governed by the policy disclosed in the accepted order, not by undisclosed penalties.
5. Completion and correction of work
The Company may document delivery through dated files, emails, platform access records, meeting records, and customer feedback. Access to materials establishes only the access actually provided; it does not by itself prove completion of other promised work. The customer should describe any specific shortfall promptly so the Company can investigate and make appropriate corrections. Silence, continued use, or a disputed payment does not automatically waive a valid claim. Work outside the original scope may require a separately approved fee.
6. Billing questions and payment disputes
Please notify the Company through the support contact shown on the order or receipt of any billing or delivery concern and provide the transaction date, amount, and issue. The Company requests a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond, ordinarily within ten business days. This request does not require delaying a bank, card, financing, or regulatory complaint, and does not shorten or waive any deadline or right provided by law or applicable payment-provider rules.
7. Accurate claims and improper reversals
Both parties must make truthful statements and provide authentic supporting records in any dispute. The customer must not knowingly claim that an authorized purchase was unauthorized, that delivered services were not received, or that a refund was promised when it was not. The Company may contest a reversal using relevant records and pursue amounts lawfully owed through lawful procedures. A dispute, adverse review, or unsuccessful claim is not itself proof of fraud. No automatic penalty or chargeback fee is imposed by these Terms. Any recovery must reflect a valid legal entitlement, account for refunds and credits, and avoid double recovery.
8. Evidence and records
The Company may retain the accepted terms version, order details, payment authorizations, acceptance timestamp, relevant platform logs, correspondence, and delivery records as permitted by law and its privacy disclosures. It may provide relevant records to payment processors, lenders, banks, advisers, or authorities to resolve a dispute, subject to applicable privacy obligations. Recordings require any legally necessary notice and consent. Records must accurately reflect actual events.
9. Results and professional advice
The Company does not guarantee income, profit, audience growth, sales, or any particular business outcome unless an express written guarantee states otherwise. Examples and testimonials are not promises of typical or future results. Results depend on factors including the customer’s effort, offer, market, and execution. Educational and business services do not replace individualized legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. This provision does not excuse misleading advertising or failure to deliver promised services.
10. Materials and confidentiality
The Company retains ownership of its preexisting training, frameworks, templates, and other proprietary materials. Upon payment, the customer receives a nonexclusive license to use purchased materials for the customer’s own internal business purposes, within the access period specified in the order. Resale, public distribution, and sharing paid access are prohibited without written permission. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables must be stated in the scope of work. Each party will protect the other’s nonpublic confidential information, subject to lawful disclosures and necessary professional advice. These Terms do not restrict honest reviews or lawful complaints.
11. Suspension and termination
The Company may suspend affected services for material nonpayment, unlawful conduct, unauthorized distribution, or another material breach, with written notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure when appropriate. Immediate protective action may be taken for an ongoing security threat or unlawful activity. Termination does not erase payment obligations lawfully earned or remedies for breach. If the Company cancels without customer breach and cannot provide the promised services, the parties will determine any required refund for the undelivered portion under the accepted agreement and applicable law.
12. Company liability and enforcement rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits. The Company’s aggregate liability for ordinary contract claims is limited to amounts paid for the services giving rise to the claim. These limitations protect the Company only; they do not cap amounts the customer lawfully owes or the Company’s legally recoverable damages for material breach, intellectual property misuse, or fraud. The Company may pursue payment, damages, and appropriate injunctive relief in a court with jurisdiction. If the Company prevails in an action to collect amounts due or enforce this agreement, the customer agrees to pay its reasonable attorney fees and court costs to the extent permitted by law and awarded by the court. Applicable law controls any reciprocal fee rights. No limitation excludes the Company’s fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or reduces an express refund obligation or nonwaivable consumer remedy. No duplicate recovery is permitted.
13. Disputes and changes
The parties will attempt to resolve disagreements in good faith. Any unresolved claim may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Applicable law determines enforceability, including mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Material changes apply prospectively after notice and any required acceptance; posting new terms does not rewrite a completed purchase or resolve an existing dispute.
14. Customer accounts and access
Customers must provide accurate account information, safeguard their login credentials, and promptly notify the Company of suspected unauthorized access. Sharing, reselling, or transferring paid access without written permission is prohibited. The Company may reasonably restrict access to protect account security or enforce these Terms.
15. Website availability and third-party services
Website content and online platforms are provided on an as-available basis. The Company does not promise uninterrupted or error-free platform operation. Third-party payment processors, hosting services, and integrations operate under their own terms. Nothing in this section limits obligations to deliver services expressly promised in an accepted order or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply. Claims may be brought in a court having lawful jurisdiction.
17. Severability and waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance identified.
